The easiest option to get to KPN and to get back from Billabong is by public transportation (http://www.blogger.com/www.9292ov.nl):
- Train or bus to KPN
- Tram 9 from Billabong to The Hague Central Station

If, however, you decide to come by car, you have three options:
- park your car near KPN, take bus 23 back from the beach to KPN after SynCity (for busstops, check http://www.blogger.com/www.htm.nl)
- park your car in Scheveningen, take bus 23 to KPN
- park your car near The Hague Central Station (www.denhaag.nl/smartsite.html?id=38480), use public transportation to get to KPN, and take tram 9 back from the beach to the parking
